		<description><![CDATA[Adam - thanks for the reply!  I&#039;d love to agree with you that it&#039;s going to change, but I just don&#039;t see it happening.  I can&#039;t trust the lawyers to keep their hands out of the mess.  Right now, for example, they&#039;re limiting what folks like Scoble and others (like everyone in the Office 12 beta) can blog about.  And for a software company, an organization that lives and dies by its intellectual property, they&#039;re not going to slack off any time soon.]]></description>

After all when someone does a Channel 9 video they basically say what they want, with nobody from legal looking over their shoulder; and people will start to use it as an opportunity to talk about future plans and solicit feedback.&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;- adam]]></description>
